What the hell happened to customer service?

This is not everything you want to know, it's what you need to know. I'm a Mac, Star Trek, SF, gadget, movie, soundtrack and TV nerd, not necessarily in that order. I've also tried to do voice overs and I am currently working customer service/tech support for an online backup company. Happy? Good...
